At Gorillaz, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed RMA slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
